Avila Construction was recommended by our realtor to fix leaky sinks in our new house. I'm sure glad we found Kenny because he's hands down THE best contractor I have ever used. He takes his time and does top grade work on time and on budget. In fact I almost didn't want to write this review so I could to keep him all to myself. Kenny also helped with little extras around the house for no additional charge. To top it off, he's a super nice guy and very easy to talk to. Call Kenny. You will not be sorry.

Kenny was great out of the gate, for us. Let us know before he arrived, both days, he was on his way. I would have to say the greatest part about him, is that my husband liked him right off, and hired him for our handyman for the future. Pricing, didn't break us, and my husband has asked him for pricing on our next project. We hope the numbers work for us, however even though they don't, we will hire him again for projects we need done. Thank you Kenny, for a job well done. See you in the future.

Kenny is very professional and organized...from first phone call to last visit he was timely, communicative, creative and efficient in all areas. He problem solved and researched to help us make decisions as to what would work best for our home projects. His prices seemed very reasonable and if we decided to make a change or addition to the job he was quick to respond. He researched style and pricing to meet our budget for sinks and faucets, found correct materials to replace missing corner trims at wall corners and even mixed stains to get the color matches correct for an older manufactured home. He found the correct wood and paint colors to repair and replace outdoor steps and made another set of steps safer for use. He painted older wall-paper covered kitchen walls as well as bathroom shelving and mirror trims. The end result made a huge difference in our old manufactured home!
All the while Kenny worked he had an easy manner and good sense of humor which helped us feel very comfortable with having someone we just met into our home. I highly recommend Kenny Avila for any type of work as listed above, and more!
